Yuuguu provides an international conference calling service so that you and your colleagues can talk together from a land line or mobile phone.
How does this work?
When you sign up to Yuuguu, you will be automatically allocated a unique PIN number, which you can give to your participants for entry into your conference call.
Where is my PIN number?
Your PIN number is situated in the top of your chat window in the Yuuguu software. Other participants will be able to see the phone number and PIN. If one of your contacts has initiated the Yuuguu chat session first, then you will see their PIN number at the top of the window instead.
Calling from different countries
Local conference call numbers are available in different international locations. This means that participants in your meeting can choose the number of the country they are in, keeping costs as low as possible.
How much does a Yuuguu call cost?
You can see a full list of prices for our conference calling and the numbers that are used in each country here.
How will I be billed?
Each person who uses the conference call numbers from Yuuguu will be charged separately. Charges for usage will not come direct from Yuuguu and will appear on your normal billing from your existing provider.
Why don’t we use VoIP?
VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) calls are made using an internet connection, not a standard phone line. To make a VoIP call customers need a headset, microphone or special handset. Call quality and reliability can be poor. The Yuuguu conference calling service has excellent call quality and reliability and is more accessible since it uses standard land lines and mobiles. Skype customers can participate in Yuuguu conference calls by calling a Skype Out number.
