No matter how many contacts you have in your network you can share your screen with up to 5 people at any one time. Screen sharing:
1. Yuuguu to Yuuguu
Share your screen with other Yuuguu users in your contacts list for free. Yuuguu has online presence for indicating when your contacts are online and ready for your meeting or to be contacted. This feature is free and unlimited usage.
2. Yuuguu to non-Yuuguu user (Web Share)
At Yuuguu we call this “Web Share”. This is a great feature to share your screen with people who do not already have the Yuuguu application installed. Whilst our free version is limited to 100 minutes of screen sharing with your contacts per month, we have an upgrade for active users to unlimited screen sharing in our Yuuguu Plus service.
Share control of your keyboard and mouse
Using Yuuguu to Yuuguu application screen sharing or Web Share, your participants can request to share control of your screen and work together in real time over the web. This is a great feature for collaboration on the same document, speeding up the process of creating documents and presentations for online demonstrations.
Instant messaging
Business class instant messaging is included within the Yuuguu application. This is useful to have quick chats, copy text information or links to useful websites and references. what’s more, you can view the online presence of your contact and send a quick IM to see if they are ready for a meeting or still engage in chat when voice calls are not convenient to do so.
