Good article and yes indeed it would be a great idea if small and large business would indeed consider this idea – not only would it boost staff morale but it would be an eco-friendly suggestion as well as travelling to the workplace would be eliminated!
But unfortunately not all jobs are suited to remote working, however and employees would have to persuade their employer to allow them to work from home…. one way of going around it is to ask for a trial 1 or 2 Fridays of working out of the office. If you can prove yourself you are product offsite as you are onsite….then you have a good case.
