Invite contacts by email

By Inviting contacts, we send them an email with a download link and some instructions, plus a personal note from you. They download Yuuguu and sign up for one of our accounts. We add both of you to each others Contact List, ready to work right away.

What you do to invite people

• Click Find Contacts. It's on the main Yuuguu Contacts View
• Enter the email addresses of your team members in the text box
• Click Next
• Enter nicknames for everyone then click Next. Only you see these names.
• Write a personal note. Let them know why you are inviting them.
• Click Next to review everything
• Click Finish to send invitation emails

Once you click finish, we'll hook you up with existing Yuuguu users straight away - the ones with the red Yuuguu icon. We'll send everyone else an invitation email with the download link, instructions and your personal note. The note lets them know it's really from you. It lets you explain what you want to use Yuuguu for with them.

On your Yuuguu Contacts View, you'll see a 'Pending Invites' link. Click it to send reminders, or remove people from your invitation.

What you do once you are invited

• Open the email sent from support@yuuguu.com with your personal invitation
• Click the download link
• Download the Yuuguu Desktop Application. There are versions for Windows, Mac and Linux.
• Install Yuuguu
• Sign Up for Yuuguu Free or Yuuguu Plus

At this point, both you and your team mate will appear in each others Contact List. You will be able to use Yuuguu with each other straight away.
