Problems using audio conferencing

This service requires you to dial in using a telephone or mobile phone. At this time you cannot access the audio conferencing service using a computer and headset.

All I can hear is music - there is no-one else on the call


Try the following solutions:

  • Check you have the correct date and time for the call.
  • Hang up and dial in again - making sure you enter the 6 digit PIN exactly as notified to you. Any error with this PIN will mean you won't join the conference call.

The call quality is poor or people get disconnected


Try the following solutions:

  • Are any of the participants on a mobile phone - call quality from mobile phones can be variable. Ask themm to Mute themselves when they are not speaking. They can do this by dialling #6 on their handset to Mute themselves, and #6 again to unmute themselves.
  • Ask the person with a poor line to hang up and re-dial in again.

If the problem is not solved by these actions, send an email to support (at) yuuguu.com with the following details:

  • The time and date of the call
  • The number you dialled to join the call
  • The 6 digit PIN you used for the call
  • The phone numbers of the people who are experiencing the issues (if you know them)
  • A description of the issue
