Set up for collaboration and instant messaging

Allocating licenses to people in your team


To do this:

  • Go to www.yuuguu.com and click on My Account to log into your account.
  • Click on Manage your licenses (top right area of your account page).

  • The license management area will show you how many licenses you have available to allocate.

  • If you do not have any licenses to allocate - you need to purchase an additional license by clicking on the Buy More link.

  • In the Add your licenses area enter the email addresses you want to allocate your licenses to.

  • Clock 'Continue' or 'Next' when prompted and make sure that at the final step (Step 4) Connect everyone together is selected.

  • Each person will now be sent an email invite to join Yuuguu. If they accept you will see them in your contacts list. You will not see them in your contacts list until they accept your email invitation and login to Yuuguu.
