You will see the message Invalid email address or password on your Yuuguu client.
Click on Forgotten password? on the Yuuguu client and follow the instructions to reset your password.
If you are stuck on the message Connecting please wait for more than 30 seconds, then there is something blocking your connection to our servers, or your internet connection is not working. Try the following:
