Tell the person you want to support to go to www.yuuguu.com and scroll to the bottom of the web page. There they will see a Participant Edition button. Tell them to click on this.
They will be asked to register with Yuuguu using an email address, and to set a password.
They will be asked to install the Yuuguu client on their computer. Tell them to click OK, Accept or next if prompted.
The Yuuguu client will start and will ask them for a username and password.
They should use the email address and password they registered with.
When the person has logged in, you will see them in your contacts list. They will have a green icon next to them.
Click on the person in your contacts list. The right hand pane shows the detailed contact view. You will see a 'Screen Share' button.
Click on the arrow to show all the Screen Share options. You can then choose to show your screen to the person you want to support. Or you can Ask to see their screen if you want to see their desktop.
If you Ask to see their screen - tell them to click Accept if prompted.
Sharing keyboard and mouse control
To do this:
When the person you are supporting is showing you their screen, you will see a Request Control button on your screen. By clicking this button, you will be able to take control of the supported persons keyboard and mouse. They will need to click Accept when prompted.
