Joining a remote support session

Receiving remote support using Yuuguu


To do this:

  • Go to www.yuuguu.com and go to the bottom of the web page.
    There you will see a Participant Edition button. Click on this.


  • Register with an email address and set your password.

  • Then install the Yuuguu client on your computer. Click OK, Accept or next if prompted.

  • The Yuuguu support client will start and will ask for a username and password.

  • Enter the username and password that your registered with.

  • When you have logged in, your IT support person may ask to see your screen. If they do you will see the following notification. You need to click an Accept to allow the IT support person to see your screen.

  • Your IT support person may request to share control of your keyboard and mouse to help support you. You will need to click on Accept when prompted to allow them to do this.
