Here are some of the reasons that we may not be able to connect to your account.
Password or username entered was wrong
Error with your password or username:
- Click 'Settings'
- Choose the 'External Accounts' tab
- Select the account with the error and click 'Edit Account'
- Correct your username or password and then click 'Update Account'
Password entered has been changed elsewhere
Your password has been changed elsewhere, you need to update Yuuguu:
- Click 'Settings'
- Choose the 'External Accounts' tab
- Select the account with the error and click 'Edit Account'
- Enter your password and then click 'Update Account'
You are already signed in somewhere else
You may be unable to sign in to your external IM account in two places. You will need to sign out of the account before you will be able to sign in via Yuuguu.
