How safe is sharing my screen?
When using Yuuguu with other Yuuguu contacts, all data is 128-bit SSL encrypted end to end which is the highest level of encryption generally available. When you share your screen using Yuuguu, screen sharing data is never stored on our servers.
What is 128-bit SSL encryption
The 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) gives you the highest level of protection possible whenever you share your screen using Yuuguu. The same encryption is implemented by Banks and other organisations that use credit cards or make other financial or confidential transactions over the Internet.
Does Yuuguu keep any of my data?
Yes. Chat message history, contacts and Yuuguu login details are all stored on our secured servers. Screen share sessions are not stored.
What does Yuuguu do with my data?
Yuuguu uses information for the following general purposes: Improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide data analysis and reporting for internal usage.
Can unwanted guests join my online meetings?
Yuuguu to Yuuguu screen shares are always with the contacts you or your colleague chooses from your contacts lists. In the case of holding a Conference call or Web Conference, you are assigned a unique PIN number for you to give out to participants of your online web meetings with non-Yuuguu users.
When people join and leave conference call sessions there is an announcement made to everyone on the call.
Sessions can only be started by the meeting initiator - there is no form of remote access capability within Yuuguu, so no one can log in to your computer.
