Online meetings and presentations

Here's a guide to what you'll need to do in order to host an online meeting or presentation:

  • Click on the 'Web Share' button.
  • Distribute the online meeting room website link and PIN number.
  • You will be notified as people join your meeting room.
  • When you are ready - click on 'Show' to start showing your desktop.
  • Click on 'End' to stop showing your desktop at any time.
