Here's a guide to what you'll need to do in order to control your contacts keyboard and mouse while viewing their screen:

Your contact on Yuuguu first sends a request to show you their screen.
Accept this request
Click the 'Request Control' button to request control of your contacts keyboard and mouse.
Your contact needs to accept your request (permission always required).
'Return Control' button release your control over your contacts computer
'Re-take Control' button can be clicked at any time by your contact in order to regain control.
