Status icons explained

You have two options for setting your current status, 'Available' and 'Do not disturb' to add to this we have a status icon to give your contacts a quick view of your actual status. Icons are as follows:

• Green and status 'Available' - you are at your computer and Available.
• Amber and status 'Away' - You are away from your computer right now.
• Green with red warning sign and status 'Do not disturb' - Appears when 'Do not disturb' is selected as a status setting.
• Green with red warning sign and status 'Screen sharing' - Appears when you are sharing your screen.
• Grey and status says 'Offline' - You are currently not logged in to your Yuuguu application
