If you can not sign in because you have lost your password, don't worry! Here's what you need to do to get a new password from Yuuguu:

• Open up the Yuuguu application.
• On the sign-in window, click on "Forgotten your password?" (below the entry box for your password).
• You will now be asked for your email address, click on 'Send" to request a new password.
• You will receive your new password via an email direct from Yuuguu.
