Frequently asked questions..

Do I sign a long term contract?

No. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month by month, with a one month notice period to cancel. If you cancel, your service will stop one month after the end of your current billing period, and you won't be billed again.


Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Simply click on the "Account" tab on your Yuuguu client, or log into your account via the web site and you'll see your options.


What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and American Express. We currently only bill in US Dollars, although we are adding more payment currency options very soon!


Can I get a receipt or invoice for my records?

Of course! Simply email us at accounts (at) yuuguu (dot) com and we will ensure that your account is upgraded to recieve monthly invoices/reciepts at no extra charge to you.


What's the difference between Yuuguu Teams and Yuuguu Plus?

Yuuguu Plus is aimed at an individual user. Yuuguu Teams is aimed at a team or group of users. It has additional features to allow for team set up and management, and has a concept of a team 'administrator' which Yuuguu Plus does not have.
