What is the number of free users in my domain?

This is the number of people that are employed by your organisation who use Yuuguu Free.

Do I sign a long term contract?

There are no long term contracts or commitments with Yuuguu Plus or Teams. You simply pay a fixed monthly recurring charge, with a one month notice period to cancel. If you cancel, your service will stop one month after the end of your current billing period, and you won't be billed again.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Simply click on the "Account" tab on your Yuuguu client, or log into your account via the web site and you'll see your options.

What types of payment do you accept?

For Yuuguu Teams and Plus we currently accept Visa and Mastercard, and only bill in US Dollars. For Yuuguu Corporate we accept payment in US Dollars, British Pounds and Euros and take payment by electronic funds transfer.

Can I get a receipt or invoice for my records?

Of course! Simply email us at accounts (at) yuuguu (dot) com and we will ensure that your Yuuguu Plus or Teams account is upgraded to recieve monthly invoices/reciepts at no extra charge to you. For Yuuguu Corporate customers this service is enabled by default.
