Yuuguu Refund / Returns Policy

We regret that refunds and returns are not possible, as upon signing up for a Yuuguu paid for service we provision sufficient infrastructure to support you for your contract period. To cancel your subscription you need to log into your account on the Yuuguu web site and select the 'Cancel' option. Yuuguu operates subscription periods - so if you sign up for a paid Plus or Teams service from the website on the 3rd of August, your subscription will run until 2nd September. In this example your credit card would be charged on 3rd September for the next 1 month subscription period. Provided you cancel more than 7 working days before your subscription is due to be taken, no further payments will be taken and your service will continue until the end of your current subscription period. If you cancel less than 7 working days before your subscription is due to be taken, you will be billed for the next subscription period and your service will continue until the end of that period.
