Let someone support you

You should have Yuuguu installed and running. To launch Yuuguu double click on the Yuuguu icon on the desktop.

In your contacts list, select the name of the person you want to help you. It will expand to show more options. Click on 'Show' to show them your screen. They will need to 'Accept' at their end to see your screen.

To allow this person to share control of your keyboard and mouse - they need to click 'Request Control' at their end. This is on the top left of the window in which they are viewing your screen. You will be asked whether you want to share control - click 'Share'.
